Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TradingWise, operated by Savewise LLC (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Access may be limited to authorized accounts.

2. What the Service is

TradingWise is a research and workflow tool that helps you research markets and prepare orders for your connected brokerage. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and it does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and explicitly confirming every order; the Service does not place trades without your per-trade confirmation. See our Disclaimer.

3. Assumption of risk

Trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital. You acknowledge that all decisions are your own and that you accept full responsibility for them. You should consult a licensed professional before investing.

4. Your accounts & credentials

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your access.
• You voluntarily connect your own brokerage account through that broker’s official OAuth flow. You may disconnect at any time from within the Service or directly through your broker.
• TradingWise has no discretionary authority over your brokerage account. It cannot initiate, modify, or cancel any order without your explicit per-trade confirmation.
• TradingWise does not hold, custody, control, or have any ownership interest in your funds or securities.
• You represent that you have the right to connect any account you link and that your use complies with your broker’s terms of service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (e.g., Google, Robinhood, Supabase, market-data and charting providers, AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEWISE LLC AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savewise LLC and its operators from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service and disconnect linked accounts at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Replace with your specific governing jurisdiction.]
