TradingWise is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service.

You make every decision — no discretionary authority

The Service may research markets and propose ideas, but you are solely responsible for every investment decision and for reviewing and explicitly confirming every order before it is placed. The Service does not place trades without your explicit per-trade confirmation. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

TradingWise has no discretionary authority over your account — it cannot initiate, modify, or cancel any order without your approval. You connect your own brokerage account voluntarily through that broker’s official OAuth flow and may disconnect at any time. TradingWise never holds, custodies, or controls your funds or securities.

AI-generated content may be wrong

The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party data. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and may misinterpret data. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information or output, and you should independently verify anything before relying on it.

Trading involves risk

• Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Hypothetical, backtested, or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.
• Market data and prices may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Third-party data and services

The Service integrates third-party providers (including, without limitation, Robinhood, Supabase, market-data sources, charting services, and AI model providers). Such data and services are provided “as is,” and TradingWise is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or actions.

Your use of any connected brokerage (e.g., Robinhood) remains subject to that broker’s own terms of service and user agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with those terms.
